Our landlady changed her mind; we're going to be at 155 until July '05. Does anyone else go through this "I'm going to kick you out; no wait, I won't" crisis every year?
Congrats on the renewed stability. No, I've never been in you shoes, but IIRC Beethoven lived in 60 places in his 30 years in Vienna: he was not a good tenant, and could drown the downstairs neighbors with his sloshing about in the tub.

However...on Monday, they painted the lobby and adjoining spaces; and on Wednesday they installed new carpet 2 doors away. Hmmmm.
(talk to you 10/29)
