This is similar to an idea I had during grad school called toiletpaper.com where if you ran out, you could just download a dotted-line template and print some 'sheets.' However, it wasn't going to be free.
(This would have worked better with those daisy-wheel sheets of continuous printer paper we had in college. But there wasn't the readily-accessible internet then.)
Before I post this I should really check that domain to see if anyone has in fact done this!
