Personally, I don't think Bush is aiming high enough. I mean, Napoleon crowned himself frickin' Emperor! All Shrub wants to do is crown himself Gerald Ford. Lame.

Seriously, I had heard about the ludicrous cherry-picking quite a while ago and I assumed everyone else had heard about it, too. Guess not.
That's why General P. can say violence is down when everyone else says violence is up; they're just not counting a lot of it in the official numbers.
